Outdoor Play

It was a breezy, sunny day, so out we went... to our backyard, that is.

Here, Rory gathers "grain" (also known as yard clippings) in her bucket, and Claire lends a helping hand. Note Rory's attire; usually, she wears gloves and a wide-brimmed hat (mine) along with her rain boots. Okay... so we have been reading quite alot of Laura Ingalls Wilder...
