Shown below are a sampling of the events that have filled the past few weeks!
Little Claire is taking big girl steps; as of the beginning of May, Claire was/is potty-trained! She is also exploring the world of accessories: note purple 80's style headgear.
On a recent Saturday evening, the Johnson boys came over to our house while their parents went out for dinner. After dinner, ice cream sundaes and a short walk, the kiddos changed into their pj's to watch a movie -- Barbie in The Nutcracker (ballerinas for the girlies and soldiers for the boys).
Elijah and Rory lounged together on the sofa, while Isaac and Claire enjoyed a lovely dance. Emet might have some competition...
Rory completed her first year of AWANA -- memorizing Bible verses, hearing the Gospel and making friends. We are so thankful for our church and the many who serve within it!
And, Jane is not to be outdone. My little baby is walking!
Jane loves this hat! Even when we are indoors, she heads to the closet to grab this hat. She then returns to me, hat in hand, waiting for me to place it on her sweet little head.
"Down I go!"
Apart from weekly playdates, library visits, shopping outings, etc., we ventured to Hatcher Dairy Farms. Even though the girls pet baby goats and Rory fed a young calf, the highlight for them was playing with this orange farm cat. Of course, that was before they got to taste the chocolate milk... :)
