As you can see, I am not an expert photographer; while the sun is at my back, the girls are struggling to see...or squint. Generally, we go to the pool about twice a week. Here, Rory is in full flotation gear; Claire (infrequently) wears a life jacket...or just hangs with me. Meanwhile, Jane naps in the stroller by the side of the pool. We have a blast! Rory is becoming more independent/comfortable in the water, more tolerant of others (especially those who splash her) and an expert "twirler". Claire is fearless in the water; she desperately tries to "swim," catapults herself into my arms and gleefully splashes whenever given the opportunity. Jane, while a little salty from sweat, is quite content to doze as children bounce with excitement around her. How incredibly different and fun my girls are!
